Evidence

The buoy element's added mass used the rope's volume while its wave excitation used the buoy's (9b8b91d fixed it; about 20 times the wave acceleration instead of 2). No test caught it: MooringCable_Buoy*_in.xml run in still water, and the unit tests build the element and the EnvironmentForces segment separately.

Effect

A mismatch between the inertia and the excitation of the buoy element would go unnoticed again.

Possible fix

A MooringCable with BouyConnection in a long regular wave, with the chain slack: the buoy's horizontal acceleration should follow the wave particle acceleration within a stated factor.

Test that would prove it

The test itself; revert 9b8b91d to see it fail.
