Detailed Description

The integration settings written to a main input file. Replaces FhSim 2.x's CIntegratorOptions, which FhSim 3 no longer exports; the defaults are those of FhSim 2.x. CModelWriter writes them as FhSim 3's <SIMULATION> and <OBSERVERS>.
