Detailed Description

What the geometry and the environment give for one segment at one time, the common input of computeSegmentForces and addSegmentHydrodynamicJacobian.

Q is the unit vector from node B to node A (zero for a segment with no length). The wetted fraction is known always; the quantities after it are only sampled for a wetted segment, and the current only where the segment is not deeper below the seabed than the cable is thick.
