tests/NetStructure_BottomContact_Test.cpp:108 (PortCarriesTheSeafloorForceAndMoment) puts the nodes at x = 0 with a purely vertical stub seafloor force, so only M_x is non-zero; the cross-product terms for M_y and M_z (src/net/NetStructure.cpp:744-746) are correct by reading but untested.

Effect

A sign or index error in M_y or M_z would pass.

Possible fix

Move one node off x = 0 and give the stub seafloor a horizontal (friction) component.

Test that would prove it

The test itself; swap two cross-product terms to see it fail.
