The Tanker (Norrbin Tanker) is a self-propelled body: with CastWake and an Environment it casts its hull wake, from the bare-hull resistance, and its propeller jet, of the effective thrust, which together carry about no net momentum in steady self-propulsion (feature propeller-jet; fhsim_environment's doc/user/wakes.md, "A self-propelled body"). New parameters PropellerDiameter and PropellerPos.
