Piecewise constant signal list with transition times.

This function has no inputs.

Output Ports

Name	Width	Description
Out	<PortWidth>	The output signal

Configuration parameters

Name	Width	Description
Values	<N>	The output signal values, one scalar per time point. With PortWidth > 1 each scalar is broadcast to all elements of the output at its time point.
Times	<N>	The output signal time points. N is taken from the size of this parameter.
PortWidth	1	Width of the output port (Default: 1).
