SimulationManagerFactory.cpp RegisterDefaultObservers (:349 before the Q6 edits): -o is used only when integrationEl has an <Integrator>; a <Replay> or <Network> provider with no <OBSERVERS> ignores it without a word. Q6 warns for <OBSERVERS> without <FileOutput> only.

Effect

The user asks for a CSV with -o and gets none and no message.

Possible fix

Warn through WarnConfiguration when -o is given and no observer will use it.

Test that would prove it

A factory test with a <Replay> provider, no <OBSERVERS>, ctx.outputPath set and a printer: the log holds the warning.
